Miley Cyrus Bonnie and Clyde

AIf you think it’s been too long since Miley Cyrus showed up in your regularly scheduled television programming, then you’re in luck. However, it may not be exactly in the form that you remember her. The former Disney Channel star is in talks to play the infamous BoAnnie Parker in an unnamed Bonnie and Clyde
miniseries to air on Lifetime and the History Channel. The series will be produced by Smash Executive Producers Neil Meron and Craig Zadan. No other cast members have been announced.

A&E, which owns both Lifetime and the History Channel, has make an effort to add bigger stars to its programming. Lindsey Lohan will attempt to revitalize her acting career with the Elizabeth Taylor/Richard Burton biopic Liz & Dick, which is set to premiere on Lifetime Nov. 25.

Cyrus makes her return to the small screen this fall, appearing in a two-episode arc on this season of Two and a Half Men.
